1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the raybet website located at raybet.cam, its mobile-optimized interface, all associated subdomains, and any software, tools, or services provided thereunder (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you and raybet ("we," "us," "our," or the "Operator").

By accessing the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with raybet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

raybet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the raybet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by PAGCOR;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted under applicable law;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction that expressly prohibits online gambling, and you are not accessing the Platform in violation of any local, national, or international law or regulation applicable to you;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from raybet or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform that shares exclusion lists;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of raybet or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

raybet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in immediate account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to be registered by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the raybet Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms. raybet employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and document verification to identify and close duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a government-issued identification document;
• A valid, active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth (must be 21 years of age or older);
• Your residential address in the Philippines;
• A valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS;
• A payment method registered in your name (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank).

3.2 KYC Verification

As required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering compliance framework and the Philippine Data Privacy Act, raybet is legally obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts. You will be required to submit:

• A government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, national ID, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card, or PRC ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing your name on your GCash or bank account).

raybet will process KYC documents within two (2) business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. raybet reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place a hold on account funds during the verification process.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. raybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify raybet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

raybet accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter, and selected cryptocurrency networks. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source (less any transaction costs) without crediting to your account.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits via bank transfer may be subject to the processing times of the relevant Philippine bank. raybet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has been previously used to deposit funds, or to a verified bank account matching your KYC documentation. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash / Maya / QR Ph: Typically within 5–15 minutes of approval;
• InstaPay / PESONet: Same business day or next business day;
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank;
• Cryptocurrency: Within 1 hour subject to network congestion.

raybet reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

4.3 Currency

All player balances on raybet are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. raybet is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

raybet offers various promotional incentives to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty points. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

raybet reserves the right to:

• Withdraw any bonus or bonus winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in a manner that breaches these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions;
• Refuse, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players;
• Limit the number of bonus claims per player, household, device, or payment method;
• Require additional verification before crediting or releasing bonus funds.

Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting wagering requirements through low-variance betting patterns, or using promotional funds in conjunction with betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related balances.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the raybet Platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited gaming laboratories. raybet does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or other system error during an active game session, raybet will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state and settle the outcome fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. raybet's decision in such matters is final.

For sports betting markets, raybet publishes specific sports betting rules covering event settlement, void bets, postponed events, and special market conditions. These rules form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the sports betting rules, the specific sports betting rules shall prevail for sports betting matters.

raybet reserves the right to void any wager or reverse any payout that was credited as the result of an obvious error, including but not limited to pricing errors, incorrect game configuration, or data feed failures.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raybet Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one (1) account, whether using your own details or those of another person;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or making deposits on behalf of another person;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live dealer environments;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an advantage over the house or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game — any winnings derived from exploiting such errors are void;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law;
• Allowing any third party to use or access your raybet account;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing raybet staff, other players, or live dealer hosts.

8 Responsible Gaming

raybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the welfare of its players seriously. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a range of tools and resources to help players manage their activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all raybet account holders at no cost and with immediate effect:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit to your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will be notified when your limit is approaching and automatically logged out when it is reached.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a minimum period of 30 days or permanently close it. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or receive marketing communications from raybet.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from gaming without committing to a full self-exclusion.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the raybet Platform — including but not limited to the raybet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface layouts, software, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the property of raybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of raybet.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, raybet shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming opportunities due to platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider failures.

raybet's aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raybet makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or malicious software. raybet does not guarantee that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit raybet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

raybet collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at raybet.cam/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission.

By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for purposes including but not limited to account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and marketing communications (where you have opted in).

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to raybet's legal and regulatory retention obligations. Submit data subject requests to the raybet Data Protection Officer via the support channels listed in Section 14 of these Terms.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

raybet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for compliance with applicable law or PAGCOR directives. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.2 Termination by raybet

raybet may suspend or permanently close your account, withhold funds, and terminate your access to the Platform with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• raybet suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with your account;
• raybet is required to do so by PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent authority;
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose raybet to legal or regulatory risk.

12.3 Termination by Player

You may close your raybet account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified, withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any applicable KYC checks.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and raybet regarding any aspect of your account, a wager, or the Platform, you agree to first contact raybet's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of player concerns are resolved at this level within 24–48 hours.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and the dispute relates to a PAGCOR-regulated gaming activity, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable. You may contact PAGCOR directly through their official channels for gaming-related complaints.

For disputes not covered by PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila.
